By accessing or using SpeakExpense ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of SpeakExpense for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Subscription and Payment

SpeakExpense is available through an annual subscription ($40/year) or monthly subscription ($9.99/month). By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee in advance
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Price changes with 30 days notice

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all expense data and content you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or laws
• To transmit any viruses or malicious code
• To infringe upon the rights of others
• To spam, phish, or engage in any fraudulent activity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SpeakExpense and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
